1. Service Description
TermoSure provides dedicated virtual assistant matching and global virtual talent sourcing for U.S.-based businesses. TermoSure connects clients with independent remote professionals vetted for specific business tasks, workflows, and software tools.
2. Client Engagements
Specific service engagements, weekly hourly commitments, billing structures, and role expectations are governed by individual client agreements. Clients maintain day-to-day operational direction, SOPs, and workflow priorities over assigned virtual assistants; TermoSure sources and matches the talent.
3. Candidate Network Participation
Registration in the TermoSure talent network does not establish an immediate employment contract or guarantee client placement. Placements are determined based on client requirements, skill alignment, and candidate availability.
